There is no question that the PLF controls the Tirana people from the Agitators to towns, to Words, to towns, to metropolitan regions through its association of units, witnesses, and spies. Through this association, the PLF has had the choice to upset, compromise, and confine its foes. This doesn’t, in any case, explain the near nonattendance of protection from the PLF in Ti dim.
