Some people think it’s a good use of their time to go out and party with a lot of people. At the mere mention of it, some people feel the desire to run and hide. If you have a low view of yourself, for example, you might want to look at some ideas for improving your self-
esteem. They’re not concentrating on you. When you’re feeling timid, it might be easy to fall into the trap of thinking that everyone is watching and judging you. In reality, they most likely aren’t even considering you.
